Product description of constant pressure water device

The constant pressure water device is dedicated to stabilize pressure and supply water for heating system, air conditioning system and boiler. The outstanding feature of the constant pressure water supply unit:It has the function of constant pressure, continuous water supply, expansion, overpressure automatic discharge pressure, etc., which is the replacement of the capsule type expansion tank.



Working principle of constant pressure water device

   In the closed-cycle system, it is necessary to set a pressure-stabilizing expander to guarantee the stability of the system pressure. When the system pressure drops, the pressure of water of chamber pressure tank connected thereto also decreases, the volume of the expands and the pressure is also reduced, the water pump is automatically opened to refill water till the pressure is close to the lower limit set by the control system and it stops running until it reaches the set upper pressure limit. When the water is heated in the system, the temperature rises and the volume expands, the pressure of gas chamber is extruded and the system pressure increases, the water in the system flows to the expander (or softening tank) through the safety pressure relief device until the system pressure reaches the limit value and the pressure relief stops until the system pressure decreases to the set value.

1.Save land

The ordinary floor-type expansion tank accommodate system expansion amount depengds on the stretch air bag, and the tank can be used for only 30% of the total volume, and the tank is large, Regulated expansion unit with special technical measures, separate the expansion parts and air pressure stable parts, can make the most of the expansion amount of system in isolated expander (or softened water tank), voltage regulator volume utilization rate can reach more than 90%. Therefore, the volume and height of the whole machine are greatly reduced, which can be saved up to 50%-60%, this is convenient for equipment layout and installation, and saves the construction cost of the machine room.

Products adopt advanced automatic control system with the function of double pumps alternately operate and accident leakage the double pump running at the same time, also with low water level protection function, the pressure instability misoperation prevention function, etc., can ensure the safe and stable operation of device.
