The frequency conversion water supply is widely used both in production and living. Compared with traditional water tower and high tank way, the new frequency conversion constant water supply system is more advantage in equipment investment, stability of the system, and the degree of automation.

With the rapid development of economy and urbanization, people have much higher requirement to water quality and stability whether in household water consumption or industrial factory, keeping the pressure constant of the water is a very important problem. In the traditional designs such as constant speed pump water supply, high tower water supply, air pressure tank water supply, all of these designs have the problems like less water pressure, low efficiency, or electricity resources waste more or less. Rapidly development of PLC and power electronic technology, variable-frequency speed control system provides a new idea for the design of the constant pressure water supply system, we use the PLC control the frequency converter, cooperate with the configuration software and touch screen to monitor system real-time, the design will be widely used in the daily life and production.



Working principle of frequency conversion water supply

In closed circulation system, to ensure the stability of system pressure, it is necessary to set up the stabilized expansion unit.When the system pressure drops,the pressure of the water chamber connected to the voltage stabilizer (capsule type or diaphragm pressure tank) has also decreased, gas chamber volume expansion,  the pressure decreases, when go to the lower limit,  through the controller to start the pump, supply water to the system, until reach the set pressure, the pump stop running. When water is heated in the system, temperature rise,  volume expansion, squeeze the air chamber, pressure rise, when go to the upper limit, the water in the water chamber through the relief valve discharge to the expander (or softened water tank), the system pressure drops, when reach the set value, stop discharging pressure.

1.Save land

The ordinary floor-type expansion tank accommodate system expansion amount depengds on the stretch air bag, and the tank can be used for only 30% of the total volume, and the tank is large, Regulated expansion unit with special technical measures, separate the expansion parts and air pressure stable parts, can make the most of the expansion amount of system in isolated expander (or softened water tank), voltage regulator volume utilization rate can reach more than 90%. Therefore, the volume and height of the whole machine are greatly reduced, which can be saved up to 50%-60%, this is convenient for equipment layout and installation, and saves the construction cost of the machine room.

2.Safe and reliable

Products adopt advanced automatic control system with the function of double pumps alternately operate and accident leakage the double pump running at the same time, also with low water level protection function, the pressure instability misoperation prevention function, etc., can ensure the safe and stable operation of device.

3.Save energy

    This product adopts stainless steel multi-stage pump and special designed voltage stabilizer, which can improve the life of the device and meet the operating conditions under different conditions, more energy-efficient.

4.Easy installation

    Common floor-type expansion tank generally use bulk transport, field assembly, increase the installation difficulty, the equipment reliability is poor, but we delivery product with the overall machine, the scene only need to connect the inlet outlet and the power, the machine can be used, simple and quickly.
