Water refilling vacuum degassing is a new kind of equipment which adopts international advanced technology research to realize centralized heating and central air conditioning system constant pressure, expansion, water supply and vacuum degassing.The equipment can play a role in stable pressure in the system, automatically fill the water, automatic release pressure and remove free gas and dissolved gases in the system. Working principle of water refilling vacuum degassing

Water refilling vacuum degassing can adjust the user's water content automatically by using the adjustable capacity of the gas tank. When water consumption is reduced or not used, the water pump can not be started for a long time to achieve the purpose of saving energy.Compared with the water tower and the high water tank can save investment about 40%-60%.The compact structure reduces the floor space and saves land resources compared to other traditional water supply devices.This equipment is fully automatic operation, no need for special management, reliable work.

   At the same time in the water circulation system: on the one hand, there are a lot of gas, if gas not be removed the gas resistance will be easily produced, the cycle of local or whole systems is not smooth and unevenly heated, as well as damage to equipment and pipelines: on the other hand the oxygen in the water makes the end-equipment like heating (refrigeration) equipment, pipes and steel radiators corrosion, perforation and water leakage directly affect the safety of the whole system. The degassing equipment in the unit is based on Henry's law: Under certain temperature and pressure, a certain amount of gas is dissolved in the water. when the temperature increases or the pressure decreases, the dissolved gas in water will be reduced.Without changing the water temperature through the equipment produce a vacuum, the free gas and dissolved gases in the water are released then discharged through the exhaust valve. The water after degassing is unsaturated water, it will absorb the gas in the system to find the vapor balance.This cycle is used to remove all the gases in the system and ensure the stable and safe operation of the system.

Feature of water refilling vacuum degassing

9.Due to the removal of the gas in the water, the heat exchanger surface will not be accompanied by gas and air bubbles, which will improve the heating efficiency.
