  Hydrocyclone desander is carried out by using the principle of centrifugal separation of desanding. Since the inlet pipe is installed in the eccentric position of the tube, when the water passes through the inlet pipe of the cyclone desander, first the circular tangential direction of the cylinder will form a circular flow downwards down the circumference of the fluid, and the flow of water rotates downward, when the water reaches a certain part of the vertebral body, it turns upwards along the tube axis, and finally discharge through the outlet pipe. Under the action of the centrifugal force of the fluid and its own gravity, the sand particles fall into the conical slag bucket on the lower part of the device. when accumulated in slag in the grains of sand to a certain extent, only need to open the manual butterfly valve, clutter can be under the effect of water flow cyclone desander. There are components on the lower part of the vertebral body to prevents the sand from rising up, when the sand accumulation in the slag bucket reaches a certain extent, only by opening the manual butterfly valve, the sundries can flow out of the cyclone desander under the effect of water flow. Therefore, the desander does not need to install the front and rear valve and bypass valve, so the cyclone desander is relatively economical in floor area and initial investment.

Hydrocyclone desander is a kind of sand removal device which is very efficient in removing sand and feculence clearing, corresponding to the average capacity of 1.8g/cm rust, sediment and other impurities, its separation particle size is 0.07 mm. When the particle size is 0.3mm, the decontamination efficiency can reach 97%.

  Hydrocyclone desander can clean dirty in the operation, that is, do not need to turn off the pump. In the decontamination, the butterfly valve opens slowly, the first outflow is sewage, then the turbid water, and finally is the clean water. Clean the butterfly valve body liner while the water is flowing out. Therefore, the butterfly valve will not leak after closing.
