1. Variable frequency constant pressure water supply unit

The Variable frequency constant pressure water supply unit is dedicated to stabilize pressure and supply water for heating system, air conditioning system and boiler. The outstanding feature of the constant pressure water supply unit:It has the function of constant pressure, continuous water supply, expansion, overpressure automatic discharge pressure, etc., which is the replacement of the capsule type expansion tank.

 Working principle of constant pressure water supply unit

In closed circulation system, to ensure the stability of system pressure, it is necessary to set up the stabilized expansion unit.When the system pressure drops,the pressure of the water chamber connected to the voltage stabilizer (capsule type or diaphragm pressure tank) has also decreased, gas chamber volume expansion,  the pressure decreases, when go to the lower limit,  through the controller to start the pump, supply water to the system, until reach the set pressure, the pump stop running. When water is heated in the system, temperature rise,  volume expansion, squeeze the air chamber, pressure rise, when go to the upper limit, the water in the water chamber through the relief valve discharge to the expander (or softened water tank), the system pressure drops, when reach the set value, stop discharging pressure.

The ordinary floor-type expansion tank accommodate system expansion amount depengds on the stretch air bag, and the tank can be used for only 30% of the total volume, and the tank is large, Regulated expansion unit with special technical measures, separate the expansion parts and air pressure stable parts, can make the most of the expansion amount of system in isolated expander (or softened water tank), voltage regulator volume utilization rate can reach more than 90%. Therefore, the volume and height of the whole machine are greatly reduced, which can be saved up to 50%-60%, this is convenient for equipment layout and installation, and saves the construction cost of the machine room.
